UK Shipping

Standard Shipping: Orders are delivered within 7-9 business days after production.
Express Shipping: Orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after production.

International Shipping

At the moment, we primarily ship within the UK. However, if you’re based outside of the UK, please contact us at support@moodledoo.co.uk, and we’ll do our best to arrange shipping to your location.

Digital Products

We offer digital versions of our colouring books, starting from just one page. These products are emailed directly to you within 2 business days, making them a perfect option for international customers or those who prefer instant access.

Returns and Refund Policy

If There’s a Problem with Your Order

We take pride in delivering high-quality products, but if there’s an issue with your order due to an error on our part (e.g., printing defects, incorrect items), we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us at support@moodledoo.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order, providing details and photos of the issue.

If You’re Not Satisfied

Our colouring books are custom-made and involve artistic interpretation. While we strive for perfection, slight variations can occur. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at support@moodledoo.co.uk. We’ll do our best to address your concerns and find a solution.

Non-Refundable Situations

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or returns for:

Customer-provided errors, such as low-quality photos.
Change of mind after production has started.
